About Us
Aloha we're the Karratti's, we love chili pepper water and wanted to put our own spin out there! We're a family of 4 (soon to be 5) from Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i.
We source our chili peppers from farms across Hawai'i island. Each bottle is made to order, so you receive it fresh. We don't add any preservatives.

Where are the Hawaiian chili peppers from?From small family farms across the Kona side of Hawai'i Island and Waimea.

Where do we ship?We ship to all 50 states. Shipping is calculated at check out. Free Shipping on order over $100. We do not ship internationally right now.

How long will the product last?We do not add any preservatives, so it should be consumed within 6 months. You can more water or vinegar through out the months to keep bottle topped off. The longer it sits the more "miko" it gets (tastier, fermented).
